Michelle (Alyson Hannigan) e Jim (Jason Biggs) estão se habituando à vida de casados, enquanto cuidam de seu filho. Ten years after the events of American Pie - The Wedding, the protagonists get together to reminisce about the old days. Michelle (Alyson Hannigan) and Jim (Jason Biggs) are getting used to married life, while caring for his son. Kevin (Thomas Ian Nicholas) and Vicky (Tara Reid) parted, Oz (Chris Klein) and Heather (Mena Suvari) are moving away slowly but Finch (Eddie Kaye Thomas) goes mad by the mother of Stifler (Sean William Scott) .
