O herói da Guerra do Vietnã Frank Vega (Danny Trejo) volta para casa esquecido pela sociedade. Sem emprego e após sua namorada o deixar, ele não tem grandes perspectivas de vida até se envolver em incidente em um ônibus e se tornar um verdadeiro herói popular. Mas sua sorte vira quando seu melhor amigo é assassinado e a polícia não faz nada a respeito.
The Vietnam War hero Frank Vega (Danny Trejo) returns home forgotten by society. Without employment and after leaving his girlfriend, he does not have great prospects in life to get involved in incident on a bus and become a true folk hero. But his luck turns when his best friend is murdered and the police do nothing about it.
